Outlook 2007
- With outlook 2007 open Click the tools menu and select account settings
- Make sure you are on the email tab and click new
- Make sure Microsoft Exchange, POP3, IMAP, or HTTP is selected and click next
- Click the “Manually configure” checkbox to bypass the auto configure and click next.
- Select internet email and click next
- Enter the following information: Click on the more settings buttonClick on the Outgoing Server tab and click on the My Outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication check box
- Your Name: Enter your name as you would like it to appear in the "From" field of your outgoing messages.
- Email Address: Enter your full mail address (e.g., john@example.com).
- For your server information enter:
- For your Incoming mail server (POP3): type "mail" followed by your domain name (e.g. mail.example.com)
- For your Outgoing mail server (SMTP): type "smtp." followed by your domain name (e.g. smtp.example.com)
- User Name: Enter your full Network Solutions' Email Address.
- Password: Enter your password.
- Click on the advanced tab and Change your outgoing server setting to 2525 or 587 if you are with Verizon you should change your port to 587
- Click on ok to close the panel
- Click Next after making sure the information is correct.
- Click finish to end setting up your emai.

Outlook 2010
- With outlook open Click the tab labeled “File” on the top left hand side.
- Select “Info” on the left hand navigation
- Click “Add Account”
- Enter the following information:
